So I ran out of commissions, which is a fairly rare occurance. (I’ve been working a solid 5 days a week for an hour and a half in the morning on stream since probably the middle of last year.

Well, I finished all my recent commissions, so today I did some art for my ongoing Oubliette Second Edition game.
just a random sketch trying out some new brushes. no real meaning, just happened to be listening to NIN at the time.
Not really very happy with these pieces except the last one, but it’s been a long time since I painted landscapes let alone in the vein of concept art.
I got a fresh commission Wednesday, and got started on it as soon as I possibly could, because the client actually used Fangtail as part of the reference art, and I have a penchant for big tails.
This piece is going to be in my “anime” style, which I haven’t worked in in a long time.
Back with the next phase of this lovely lady and her noodly pals.
Felt pretty good about this one so far. Took about 40 minutes, and didn’t have any major hiccups in the initial drawing.
Second set of sketches for Antum. I had some actual reference images to work from this time to help me define the style.
